About the job
- Evaluate the needs and situations of the patients, then create and carry out customized treatment programs.
- Administer medicine and treatments, keep track of and record patient progress and results.
- Vital sign monitoring and management, together with reaction to crises or changes in the patient's state
- Work together with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to guarantee efficient and well-coordinated patient care.
