About the job
- Patient support includes helping patients with daily living tasks like dressing, bathing, and using the restroom.
- Bedside assistance includes making patients' beds, changing their bedding, and making sure the patient's space is hygienic and tidy.
- Patient transport refers to moving patients between various parts of the hospital, such as the radiography, physical therapy, and operation room.
Job instructions
- Meal Distribution: Giving patients their meals and distributing them, along with helping them eat if needed
- Keeping the Ward Hygiene: preserving a sterile atmosphere and keeping the ward tidy and orderly, including routine equipment cleaning
- Keeping an eye on patient comfort: Making sure patients have access to supplies like call bells, blankets, and water
- Helping Medical Staff: Getting supplies or driving patients to appointments or testing in order to support nursing and medical staff
