Staff Nurse - ICU ( All ICU Department)
About the job
- Assess and track the patient's development.
- Recognize abrupt or gradual changes in a patient's health.
- Provide physicians, patients, and their families with updates on a frequent basis.
- Treat patients and keep an eye on dosages.
- Respond to a medical emergency if required, and notify the relevant physicians.
- addressing the requirements of the patient in the intensive care unit while they recover.
- Finalize all required documentation prior to transferring a patient.
- Observe patient documentation.
- Make and carry out efficient care strategies.
Job instructions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing.
- One year or more of experience working in a critical care unit or as an ICU nurse.
- Strong technological and informational grasp of health information systems.
- Show off your excellent communication and empathy skills.
- The capacity to function in a demanding and affective setting.
