ELECTRICIAN (WINDING MOTOR)
- To guarantee correct operation, wound, rewind, and test the motor.
- Examine and fix any electrical issues with the transformer, motor, and related devices.
- To find possible problems, do preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
- In order to enable precise installations and maintenance, interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Using an energy management system, plans, monitors, installs, and modifies the entire line of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment. practical work
- Installs mechanical systems, such as pipes, and makes adjustments to the facility's current cooling systems.
- makes use of and updates manufacturer files, technical manuals, blueprints, and other record-keeping
Job instructions
- Use angle grinders to finish the pieces that need to be welded.
- Use clamp parts and tools like calipers and rulers to align the components.
- Use manual or semi-automated welding equipment to join components in a variety of orientations (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).
- Welding parts together and filling in gaps will repair equipment and other components.
