About the job
- Hardware maintenance includes setting up, configuring, and maintaining peripherals, desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer hardware.
- Software support includes operating system and program installation, updates, and troubleshooting in addition to ensuring correct licensing compliance.
- Network administration: Help with LAN, WAN, router, switch, and wireless network configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Security management: To guard against cybersecurity risks, put security measures like firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems into place and keep them up to date.
- Upgrading and maintaining systems: Upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance should be carried out on the system to guarantee optimal security and functionality.
- Documentation: Keep track of logs, records, and documentation regarding IT systems, problems, fixes, and configurations.

- User Education: Educate users on software programs, security best practices, and IT regulations in a fundamental IT manner.
- Conditions:A certificate or degree in computer science, information technology, or similar disciplines
- strong familiarity with computer software, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux)
- The aptitude for troubleshooting and the capacity to identify and fix technical problems
- knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and fundamental cybersecurity procedures
