Warehouse Worker
About the job
This person will take part in a range of activities, such as:
- Received Procedure
- Oversee and communicate with the Planning Production team and the Warehouse Supervisor.
- In order to ensure that the goods are safely unloaded, tagged, stacked, and given to production in accordance with process requirements, execute the appropriate inside processes and staging procedures at the warehouse.
- Outward procedure.
- Oversee and communicate with the customer service team, the warehouse supervisor, and planning.
- Carry out the warehouse's right-out and staging procedures to ensure that the products are loaded, labeled, stacked, and shipped in a safe manner in accordance with process requirements.
Job instructions
- Manage the raw material storage in accordance with HB Fuller's global policies while working with the department of purchase sourcing.
- Make sure that garbage, both hazardous and nonhazardous, is stored, disposed of, and that records are kept.
- Make sure that all GRNs for incoming materials are finished within a 24-hour period.
- Maintain accuracy of stocks using cycle counts and stock takes in accordance with HBF policy.
- Make sure the site maintains a high standard of quality. Follow all quality tools that are relevant at the location.
- Ensure that 5S and housekeeping standards are followed by completing all assigned Ethics, Safety (EHS), Quality, and departmental relevant training. Make sure you uphold the relevant 5S standards at the site.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by the warehouse manager, supervisor, or person in charge.
