Software Developer
About the job
- Create, assemble, evaluate, and implement software features and applications.
- Follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) for software products.
- Compose clear, succinct, and effective code.
- Oversee version control and code documentation.
- Develop software in an agile setting and release it on a frequent basis.
- Diagnose and fix software
- Cooperate with business analysts to specify the software needs.
- Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to address production-related concerns.
Job instructions
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline
- At least one programming language (such as Java, C#, or C++) should be mastered.
- knowledge of at least one scripting language, such as PHP, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python
- working familiarity with OOP, data structures, algorithms, and the principles of computer science
- proficiency with back-end development
- knowledge of cloud computing systems, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
