Lead UX Research
About the job
- Lead TRD's UX Research unit to improve the Travel Distribution product's user experience and provide high-quality insights.
- Drive UX research culture and techniques across all product lines with a team of experts (center of excellence) and a community of practice.
- assist business domains in executing the research strategy across the product lifecycle (user research designs, crafting testable hypotheses, fundamental researches, experience review frameworks) in collaboration with stakeholders in engineering, product marketing, and customer success.
Job instructions
- Relevant demonstrated experience/multiple years of managing research initiatives on digital products for mobile and online. Experience with B2B goods will be a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional stakeholders.
- Relevant experience developing user research programs and testing procedures that inform design decisions.
- An online portfolio or proven examples of completed work that demonstrates your results, process, and manner of thinking about UX Research and Product Design
