UX Researcher
About the job
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and ethnographic studies.
- Create research plans and procedures that are consistent with project objectives and schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create research objectives and turn them into practical insights.
- Translate research findings into specific, practical recommendations for enhancing product design and user experience.
Job instructions
- Create personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to share study findings.
- Present research findings to cross-functional teams and leadership, making sure that user feedback is included into the product development process.
- Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research.
- Advocate for users and foster a user-centered design culture within the organization.
