2. Participating in numerous public groups, forums, and blogs to increase visibility and engagement in Teleperformance India.
4. Monitor brand mentions: respond to inquiries, give customer support, remove brand myths.
5. Analytics: track month-to-month changes in social media statistics and uncover causes of rises/falls.
6. Capable of doing brand, category, and competitive research and gaining insights.
7. Dealing with social media search engine optimization.
