Profile Summary: The Plumbing Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance
of plumbing systems in various construction projects. This includes ensuring that all plumbing work
complies with industry standards, local codes, and project requirements. The Plumbing Engineer will
collaborate with other engineering disciplines and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects
on time and within budget.
Job instructions
1. Design and Planning:
1. Develop and design comprehensive plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and
industrial buildings.
2. Prepare detailed plumbing schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
3. Perform calculations for water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems to ensure optimal
functionality.
2. Project Management:
1. Oversee the installation and commissioning of plumbing systems on construction sites.
2. Ensure all plumbing installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and
safety regulations.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure
timely completion of tasks.
3. Site Supervision and Monitoring:
1. Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of plumbing installations.
2. Ensure compliance with design plans, safety standards, and building codes.
3. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to plumbing systems
