About the job
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and hardware. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to resolve IT issues quickly.
Job instructions
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network issues (desktop, laptop, printer, Wi-Fi)
- Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure system security
- Provide technical support to staff (remote and on-site)
- Install updates, patches, and antivirus solutions
- Maintain records of repairs and system upgrades
- Knowledge of operating systems like Windows and basic Linux
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers)
- Experience with tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
